TOP Sports Camps were founded on the belief that sports camps should be an interactive experience where kids can have fun, discover a passion for sports, and build essential character skills. Underscoring that belief was the idea that kids should be exposed to as many sports as possible during their youth, building athletic literacy, avoiding early specialization, and developing multi-sport athletes.

We are NOW HIRING passionate and energetic camp staff to join our growing team in Toronto and Collingwood for the 2025 camp season. Applicants who are interested in working at TOP Sports Camps should be VERY outgoing and bring plenty of energy, passion, and engagement to every camp day. For senior positions experience running or leading a summer camp group is required, as well as experience working with children in a sports setting.
